Research from London estate agent Benham and Reeves reveals an astonishing 342% increase in property sales completions on Buy Nothing Day compared to other November days.
On average, 2,470 UK property sales complete daily throughout November. Yet, over the past five years, the 25th of November has seen an average of 10,916 transactions—highlighting the unique dynamics of the property-buying process.
